It’s important to find someone you feel safe with—someone who respects your voice, understands your goals, and creates a space where you can be yourself. Pay attention to how you feel after your first interaction. A good therapist will make you feel heard, not judged, and will collaborate with you—not try to "fix" you.
-
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, ADHD, and more. If you're not sure whether your concern "qualifies" for therapy, I encourage you to reach out anyway—your mental health matters.
-
I do not offer in person sessions at this time. All sessions are offered remotely via secure telehealth, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
-
Currently I accept: Aetna, 1199 (if through Aetna), Anthem BCBS of CT, FL, MA, & NY), Carelon, Cigna, Optum Medicaid, Oscar, Oxford, UHC, UHC Medicare Advantage, Humana Medicare Advantage and Devoted Health. The list is constantly being updated, please reach out if you’re unsure.

Therapy is a process—not a quick fix. You can expect a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Growth takes time, and some sessions may feel more impactful than others. There will be ups and downs, and times it might feel like nothing is changing—but trust that even small shifts are part of deeper healing. Be patient with yourself—real change is happening.
-
The initial session (intake) is 60 minutes. Each subsequent session is 53 minutes. Session frequency can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly/as needed. However this is based on assessment of presenting concerns and my clinical opinion.
-
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so the duration varies from person to person. Some clients come for a few weeks/months to work through a specific issue, while others stay longer for deeper healing and personal growth. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is meeting your needs.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $75 fee, except in the case of emergencies.
